This mixed media sculpture is a study on framed assemblage, monochromatic palette, and including non-wood found material. Blessings in Disguise incorporates key materials given by friends with generous spirit for creativity. This is also the beginning of my appetite for all black everything. Blessings in Disguise is about creating mystery while reassuring suspicions. Largely inspired by work from Louise Nevelson.
