Peace is a symbol study with a focus on collage and mark-making in assemblage art. Utilizing a tabletop for its circular shape, this sculpture is mostly made from found materials. Including layers of illustrated symbolism that reinforce the theme, Peace invites viewers for a closer look around. However, the assemblage was made to be understood from great distance by the iconic outline for the symbol of peace. Peace was created as apart of the In Search Of series. This artwork was absolutely meant to be touched.
